Clearpay allows you to pay for your purchase in 4 equal instalments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you spend £200, you pay £50 today, then £50 every 2 weeks until the balance is cleared. All payments are interest-free.

You will be required to make your first instalment (25% of the total cost) at the time of purchase. The remaining three instalments will be deducted automatically from your selected payment method every 2 weeks.

There is no interest to pay and no extra fees when you pay on time. The only time you would pay a fee is if an instalment is missed. Clearpay will always send you reminders before a payment is due to help you stay on track.

Clearpay limits are determined on an individual basis. If you are a new Clearpay user, your limit may be lower, but it increases over time as you build a positive payment history. Simply select Clearpay at checkout to see your available limit.

Returns follow our standard Hotspot Stoves return policy. Once we process your return, Clearpay will automatically cancel any future instalments and refund any amounts already paid back to your card.
